August 30, 2009 —We are pleased to announce the recent opening of the new Fitness Center for the residents of Windy Hill Key Apartments. Surrounded by beautiful views of Roanoke Valley, Windy Hill Key Apartments is located in the suburbs of Roanoke, Virginia. In addition to the existing clubhouse and swimming pool, our residents now have use of this spacious exercise facility. The Fitness Center features high vaulted ceilings with glass walls to view the surrounding countryside. Equipment includes new state-of-the- art treadmills, an elliptical machine, stationary bike, mats for stretching, home gym equipment, and a free weight area.

One of our newest properties, Park Place Apartments, recently opened in Valdosta, Georgia. This boutique community has only 14 upscale residences, and each unit overlooks a private, landscaped courtyard. Designed by architect Jamey Dewar, and built by AVM Construction, Park Place offers contemporary finishes, a variety of unique floorplans, and high cathedral ceilings. Kitchens are spacious, with dark wood cabinets, black appliances, and a raised bar that opens into the living room. Since Park Place opened in late 2008, the property has consistently maintained 100% occupancy.
